I am unable to message my provider.

FollowMyHealth® Universal Health Record provides the ability for patients to message their providers, but some providers do not have this feature enabled. If your provider(s) are listed in the "Providers" section (shown below), but you are unable to message them, it is possible they do not have this feature enabled.

If the "Providers" section is showing a message that says "no providers found", your account may not be connected to your medical organization. Please see this article to see how to request a connection.​

Some organizations have the messaging feature turned off for all providers. If the "Compose" button in your "Inbox" is grayed out, then you will be unable to message your provider(s).
