I Click "Confirm and Continue", but Nothing Happens

While creating a new account, you will be asked to supply certain information. If you have left a required field blank or information is entered in an incorrect format, this will need to be corrected before you may advance to the next page. The image below shows possible errors you may receive and need to correct before moving on.



Let's say you have everything filled in and you are still not allowed to continue. The one thing to look at is the date of birth. This field is very specific and if the date of birth is not quite entered in the correct format, it will not allow you to continue, see below.
