Can Notifications from More Than One Account go to One Email?

In order to establish a FollowMyHealth® Universal Health Record, each individual user must have their own unique login. However, you can receive and manage your FollowMyHealth notifications with an email you share with a spouse, relative, etc. This can be arranged under your “My Info” section in your FollowMyHealth UHR.

"Contact Information" will be located on the top right side of the screen in this section, where you should see a "Change" link next to the "Email" field.

Selecting the "Change" link indicated above will bring up the following pop-up window:

Input the desired email address in each box and select the "Verify Email" button. This will send a verification email to the new email address as indicated in the message that will now display on the "My Info" screen:

Next, access the email address you have requested to change to, select the link provided in the verification email, and log back in to FollowMyHealth. You should receive a pop-up confirming your email has been changed successfully.
