I am Unable to Reply to a Message from my Provider.

The ability for the patient to reply to a message from their provider is controlled at two levels: the medical organization level and the provider level. Some organizations have their settings configured to automatically end the communication after the provider has sent a message, and providers do not always remember to override this setting when communicating with patients.

If you are consistently unable to reply to messages from a provider(s), please speak with the provider directly about your difficulty in communicating with them.
