If you wish to change the email address you FMH Secure Login is linked to please follow the steps below. Please note this is for your FMH Secure login emails (such as password resets) only and not your Notifications emails about updates to your health record or appointments.
To change your Notifications email please follow the link to this article. If you wish to change your email for both Notifications and your FMH Secure Login all at once please follow the link to this article.
First click on the 'My Account' at the top of the page and select 'Preferences'
Next on the Preferences page Click the arrow next to 'Login Preferences' and then click the 'FMH Secure Login Preferences' button
After click the 'FMH Secure Login Preferences' button a 'Manage Your FMH Secure Login Account' window will appear. In the 'Secure Login Notifications' section you will see your currently linked email address in the box. Here you will type in the new email address you wish to use in the 'Email' box and again in the 'Confirm Email' Box. Click the 'Change Email' button and you will see a notification saying 'Your notification email has been changed'.
Now that you have changed your FMH Secure Login email address any notifications (such as password resets) will now come to the new email address you linked to FMH Secure Login account.
