Entering the 2-Step Verification PIN when Signing in to the Patient Portal

If the 2-Step Verification PIN is attached to your FMH username/password, as an extra layer of security, please follow these steps to guide you through that process.

1.  Go to www.followmyhealth.com

2.  Select the "FMH Sign In" button

3.  Input your FMH Username/Password, and select Sign In.  If it is entered correctly, a message saying, "A pin code is required..." should populate.  From here, go to the contact method for which you have set as your verification PIN location (i.e. if the Verification PIN is set to "Email", then go to that email to get the number).  

IMPORTANT NOTE:  When the PIN code bar appears and if you have set the PIN to go to your email address, DO NOT close the window to go check your email.  Closing the window will sever the log in connection to that specific PIN and it will not work.  It can be MINIMIZED though.

4.  Input the PIN you recovered into the Pin Code bar, and select Sign In.  If successful, you should be taken into your patient portal.  If not, you will see a message stating, "The pin code you entered is incorrect."  Please review the message that contains the PIN, making sure that it is the most recent PIN received, and try again.
