Add or Change your Preferred Pharmacy-Mobile App

FollowMyHealth™ mobile apps now have the option for patients to change the pharmacy. If you don't have a pharmacy selected, you will have the option to add one. Follow the steps below to add or change your preferred pharmacy.

1. Log into the account
2. Tap the Menu icon, , and select "My Account".



3. Then tap "Preferred Pharmacy"



4. If you don't have a pharmacy set, you will see the following, "Select Pharmacy". If you have a pharmacy set and wish to change it, you will choose the "Change Preferred Pharmacy" option. 




5. Next, you will have the option to search by zip code to find your pharmacy.



6. Once you choose your pharmacy, you will be asked if you want to send the change to your connected organization(s). You can choose to either send it or cancel. 



iOS App

1. Log into the account

2. Tap on "More" at the bottom of the screen and choose "My Account"



3. You will then see a section for Preferred Pharmacy. Tap on the arrow to the right of the pharmacy. 



4. Once you click on the arrow, click on Edit at the top right of the screen



5. You can now search for your pharmacy by name or zip code. Once you find your pharmacy, tap on it. 

6. Once you tap on your pharmacy, you may be asked to send the changes to your connection organization. You can choose to either send it or cancel.
