Reschedule Appointments-Mobile App

On the FollowMyHealth™ mobile apps, you have the option to reschedule appointments. This is a great way to reschedule appointments quickly without having to call the provider's office. To reschedule an appointment, follow these steps below.

1. Log into the account
2. Tap the Menu option,, and choose Appointments. 



3. Choose the upcoming appointment you wish to reschedule. Once you click on it, you will get a menu box and you will see the option to reschedule appointment. Click "Reschedule".



4. Next, you will have the option to change the date and time of the appointment. 



5. Once you choose a different date and time, you then have the option to confirm the reschedule. Once you have confirmed the date and time, click "Send Request". 



6. Once you send the request, you will receive a message that your request to reschedule your appointment has been submitted. If you go to the "Appointments" section, you will see beside the appointment that you reschedule "Pending Reschedule".

2. Tap on "Appointments" at the bottom of the screen



3. Tap on the appointment you wish to reschedule. Once you choose your appointment, tap on Reschedule Appointment.



4. Next, choose the day you would like to reschedule the appointment for by tapping on Add Time Slot



4. Once you have chosen your new date, be sure to add a reason for rescheduling your appointment in the "REASON FOR APPOINTMENT" field. Once you have entered that, tap Send Request.



5. Once you send the request, you will receive a message that your request to reschedule your appointment has been submitted. If you go to the "Appointments" section, you will see beside the appointment that you reschedule "Pending Reschedule".
