Cancelling Appointments-Mobile App

On the FollowMyHealth™ mobile apps, you have the option to cancel appointments. This is a great way to cancel appointments quickly without having to call the provider's office. To cancel an appointment, follow these steps below.

1. Log into the account
2. Tap on the Menu option,, and select "Appointments"



3. Choose the upcoming appointment you wish to cancel. Once you click on it, you will get a menu box and you will see the option to cancel the appointment. Click "Cancel Appointment".



4. After you click "Cancel Appointment", be sure to enter a reason for cancelling and then click "Yes, Cancel this"

1. Log into the account

2. Tap on Appointments at the bottom of the screen



3. Choose the appointment you wish to cancel. Then, tap Cancel Appointment



4.  Once you tap Cancel Appointment, be sure to enter a reason for cancelling the appointment. Note that if you try to cancel an appointment 24-48 hours before the actual date, you may have to call to cancel the appointment. Some organizations will not allow you to cancel an appointment that close to the day of. Once you have entered your reason for cancelling, tap Cancel Appointment. You will then see beside the appointment in your appointment section that the appointment is pending cancellation.
