The Recent Activity section of your account keeps track of interactions you or your providers have had with your account. For example, you will see when your provider has updated your records. You can remove those items in that section if you would like. To remove any of the Recent Activity items, follow the steps below.
1. Log into the account
2. Look for the "Recent Activity" section over to the right. You will see a "X" beside each item. Click on the X to remove it.
