It Won't let me Submit my Appointment Request

If you are having trouble submitting your appointment requests, there could be a few things we need to look at. Here are the three most common issues patients deal with when trying to submit an appointment:



1. Make sure the "Reason For Appointment" section has a reason entered. If you do not have anything entered in this section, the Submit button will be grayed out. 

2. Make sure you add your time slot. Once you have selected your date, be sure to click Add This Time Slot. 

3. The big one that is overlooked is the "Comments" section. There MUST be something entered in the "Comments" section in order to submit your appointment request.
