A commonly asked question is can I send attachments to my provider. The answer to that question is yes and no. Yes, you can send attachments if your healthcare organization/practice allows for attachments. No, you cannot send attachments if your healthcare organization/practice does not allow for attachments. If your healthcare organization does allow for attachments, your Compose Email box will look like this.
Also, if your healthcare organization/practice has that feature available for attachments, you can send them using your mobile app as well. To send an attachment via the mobile app, when you get to compose a message, click on the paper clip icon at the top of the screen.
