What if I Have Incorrect Records in my Account?
There are some cases where health records in your account can be incorrect. If you run into a situation like this, be sure to contact the practice. You will want to explain to them that you have some records that are incorrect, such as the wrong weight, or not yours, as in someone else's records. Since your provider(s) add your records to the account, they will be the ones to correct it. It could also be someone with health information management that could correct it.
