Can Notifications from More Than One Account go to One Email?

In order to establish a FollowMyHealth® Universal Health Record, each individual user must have their own unique login. However, you can receive and manage your FollowMyHealth notifications with an email you share with a spouse, relative, etc. This can be arranged under your “My Info” section in your FollowMyHealth UHR.

"Communication Preferences" will be located by selecting My Account on the top right side of the screen, Then select preferences in this section, where you should see a "Change" link next to the "Email" field.

Selecting the "Change" link indicated above will bring up the following pop-up window:

Input the desired email address in the box and select the "Verify Email" button. This will send a verification code email to the new email address as indicated in the message that will now display on the "My Info" screen:

Next, access the email address you have requested to change to, locate the verification code provided in the verification email
