FollowMyHealth™ allows you to change how you are notified about changes to your Universal Health
Record. Note: As of v2.2.7, updating the the notification email from your FMH Account will automatically
update the email associated with the patient's FMH Secure Login where password reset emails are sent
as described in this article.
In order to change how you are notified, follow these steps:
1. After you have logged into your FollowMyHealth account, click the drop down arrow on My Account and
2. Once the page loads you will need to select (A) Notification Preferences. Within that window you have
the ability to change how FollowMyHealth notifies you about changes to your Universal Health Record as
well as the ability to add your cell phone number so that you receive text message notifications.
To update your email address, you can click the Change hyperlink next to the current email address. This
will open the box below where you can enter the new email address. Once you are finished click Verify Email.
Selecting the "Change" link indicated above will bring up the following pop-up window:
Input the desired email address in the box and select the "Verify Email" button. This will send a verification code email to the new email address as indicated in the message that will now display on the "My Info" screen:
Next, access the email address you have requested to change to, locate the verification code provided in the verification email
enter the verification code provided
