Are you using a Google e-mail address through a university or other business? If so, you may run into some difficulties logging in because your university or business uses Google Business Apps.
If your username and password are being rejected, but you know you are entering them in correctly, you may need to log in a little differently than normal. Some addresses require you to add e-mail to the address, for example email@example.com instead of just firstname.lastname@example.org. Check with your e-mail administrator to see how you would log in if you were checking your e-mail from a web page, this should help you log in.
If you log in but you are being taken to your e-mail instead of into FollowMyHealth, your university or business may have set up a landing page that interferes with the open authentication login process. Try closing the window with your e-mail in it, and clicking on the "G" again, this may log you in.
Please note that if you are logging in using an e-mail through Google Business Apps, you will have to follow these extra steps every time you log in. If you do not wish to follow these extra steps with each login, please set up your account using a different login.
If you wish to contact someone for support, please consult either your invitation email or the "Support" section in your Universal Health Record as each medical facility may request that you contact them differently with questions about your information.
