In FollowMyHealth® Universal Health Record, head over to your “My Health” section and navigate to the “Medications” tab. Find the line with the medication you would like to refill, and click the pill bottle icon in the “Options” column (circled in red in the image below).
In the popup window, ensure it is from the proper provider (1) and for the right pharmacy (2), and add any additional notes if desired (3). Then click "Send" (4) to send the request to your provider.
Click send to initiate the request! You will receive communication from the organization if your request was able to be filled.
If the pill bottle icon is inactive, this indicates that you do not have any available refills for this prescription. You can message your provider regarding this request. Click here to learn how to send a message.
If the medication you wish to renew appears to be missing from the drop-down list, this indicates that you do not have any refills for this medication. In this case, you can message your provider regarding the request.
