If you have earthlink, sbcglobal, boxbe, or other similar email providers or settings, you will need to add email@example.com to your safe sender list so that you can receive the invitation email now and updates in the future.
If you are unable to successfully receive the invitation email, please proceed with creating a FollowMyHealth™ Universal Health Record
and simply request a connection to the desired medical organization during the creation process.
