Are you having troubles receiving emails (specifically your invitation) from the FollowMyHealth™ Universal Health Record? If you have earthlink, sbcglobal, boxbe, or other similar email providers or settings, you will need to add noreply@followmyhealth.com to your safe sender list so that you can receive the invitation email now and updates in the future.

If you are unable to successfully receive the invitation email, please proceed with creating a FollowMyHealth™ Universal Health Record and simply request a connection to the desired medical organization during the creation process.

If you wish to contact someone for support, please consult either your invitation email or the "Support" section in your Universal Health Record as each medical facility may request that you contact them differently with questions about your information.
