If you have received the following in an email, a password reset has been initiated for your FMH Secure Username to the email address that was paired with the username when it was created.
If you did not initiate the reset, please select the "Report unwanted password reset" and FMH Secure will disallow additional password reset requests for 24 hours.
Most likely, it happened because someone thought they had your username and couldn't get logged in, so they tried to reset the password. There is no cause for alarm; since the password reset comes to the e-mail associated with the login information, no one will be able to gain access to your FollowMyHealth account this way unless they also had access to your e-mail account.
NOTE: You may find it advantageous to have a unique username where others might not attempt to initiate a reset. We suggest using your email address, as it is unique only to you.
