Missing Recent Information?

Please be aware that your medical organization holds complete discretion over the medical information released to you in FollowMyHealth®. Information may not upload to your FMH account immediately. Missing medical information that you believe should be available? Please contact your medical organization.

FollowMyHealth provides the ability for you to control certain types of data (prescriptions, appointments, health items, etc.). This is data that you upload. As well as data that medical facilities (clinic, hospital, provider’s office) you would like the information to come from.

If you believe you are missing new information from your health record. Check to verify you have not adjusted your settings to prevent certain updates with the following instructions:

Step 1: While logged in, select “My Account” at the top right of the screen. Then select “My Connections” from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: On the next screen, you should see an “Visualize My Connections”. It will be towards the right side of the screen and will show each of your connected medical organizations. You can also click on the name of your organization as well. Note: If you do not see your medical organization or have a “Pending” connection to your organization, your account is not connected to that organization. Step 3: Selecting “Visualize My Connections” will take you to a web diagram with your “Connection Details” listed on the right with your “Clinic Settings”. If you wish to receive the specific information indicated on the right side of the above diagram from your medical facility. Ensure that each setting is switched to “On” (as pictured) by clicking on the corresponding button. Note: There is not a “Save Changes” button for this specific feature. Your changes will be saved automatically.
