06 Mar The Payment Status Says “Pending”, but I Didn’t Enter Any Payment Information
Paying a bill and your payment status appears to be stuck on “Pending”? Never got a chance to even input your payment information. This is likely due to a pop-up blocker.
To fix the issue, turn your pop-up blocker off. You will need to log out and back in to reset the “Pending” status and try paying your bill again.
