To request an Email Visit with your provider on FollowMyHealth, with your mobile device follow these steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to the main menu and tap “Appointments.”

Step 3: Click on the icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Tap, “Start Email Visit.”

Step 5: Choose your provider.

Step 6: Read the “Things to Know.”

Step 7: Describe the reason for your visit.

Step 8: If a fee is required for this service, you’ll be presented with additional information and the ability to pay for your Email Visit before continuing.

Step 9: Upload any files that might be needed.

Step 10: Double check that your information is correct before submitting your request.

Step 11: You will receive a message that assures you that your Email Visit request was sent.
