10 Mar Trouble Downloading the Mobile App?
If you are having trouble downloading the app on your device, try these options:
Android Devices
- Restart your device. Sometimes, this can correct the issue.
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection. If you don’t have a strong enough connection, you may struggle to download the app, if it downloads at all. If you don’t have a great Wi-Fi connection, try using your mobile/cellular data. You shouldn’t have a problem if you have 4G.
- Clear your cache and data for the Play Store. Sometimes, you just need to clear some old data out of the Play Store app. This will freshen up the Play Store and resolve most issues. To clear that data, go to your Settings, App Manager, and tap “Google Play Store”. Then, tap “Storage” and tap “Clear Cache”. Once that is done, go back to the Play Store and try downloading the app again.
