10 Mar Why Does it Ask Me for My Payment Information When Downloading the iOS App?

When you are attempting to download the app on an Apple device, you may be prompted to enter payment information for the Apps Store. FollowMyHealth™ is not the reason why you have to enter this information. The Apps Store asks for your payment information if you choose to purchase an app. You won’t have to enter your payment information each time. The key thing to remember is that you won’t be charged unless you actually purchase an app. Since FMH Mobile is free, you will not be charged for downloading the app.
