This Invitation No Longer Exists


If you receive this message when trying to register, it could be for a few reasons: 

  1. You have already registered using that invite and it’s no longer active 
  2. The invite has expired 
  3. The invite was deleted by your organization 

What can you do? 

If you were to receive this message, you will need to check to see if you have already registered. You can search your inbox for “FMH Secure Login Account Created (older accounts) or Success! Your username was created (newer accounts)”. That will provide you with the username, which could mean you have already registered. If you feel you may have already registered but don’t have that email, complete a Username Recovery or give your practice a call. They will either let you know if you have an account or direct you to someone that can determine this for you. If the invite has been deleted or has expired, contact your practice to request a new invite.
