12 Mar How Do I Login on a Mobile Device?

Please be aware that the FMH Mobile app is required in order to access your account on a mobile device. 

To learn how to log in through the FMH Mobile app, select the type of device you are using:   

Android App

Step 1: When you launch the FMH Mobile app for Android, the following screen will appear: 

Step 2: If you created a FMH Secure login username and password, select the “Sign In using your FollowMyHealth™ account”. This will open up the page to enter your email/username and password. 

Step 3: If you use one of the other authentication methods (Facebook, Google, Yahoo, LiveID), tap the “Or sign in with an alternative” button. Selecting this button will bring the following screen:   

Step 4: If you are using the mobile passcode option to log in, this is the screen that will appear below. If you have the Touch ID enabled, you will see the option to log in using your thumbprint.

NOTE: You do have the option to log in with a different method if you don’t remember the passcode or don’t want to use the passcode or Touch ID; see image below. Choose “Use Other Sign in Methods” to use a different login method. 

iOS App 

Step 1: When you launch the FMH Mobile app for iOS, the following screen will appear: 

Step 2: If you created a FMH Secure login username and password, select the option to “Sign in using your FollowMyHealth account” to log in. If you use one of the other authentication methods (Google, Yahoo, Facebook, or LiveID), tap the button that says “or sign in with an alternative…” This will bring up the following screen: 

Step 3: Tap on your login method, enter your login credentials, and log in to your account!
