13 Mar Paying a Bill – Mobile App
With the FollowMyHealth mobile app, you are now able to pay your bill. This makes things easier, instead of having to call and speak with billing. To pay your bill through the app, follow these steps below.
Android App
Step 1: Log into the account.
Step 2: Tap the Menu option and select “Bills”.

Step 3: The first section that opens is “Unpaid Bills”. Once you find the bill you wish to pay, tap on it.

Step 4: Once you tap on the bill, be sure to tap the “Check Box” beside the invoice date. You can click on show details to see any details of the invoice/services provided.
Step 5: Once you tap the check box, the “Continue” button will be activated for you to continue to the next step. Tap “Continue”.
Step 6: Once you tap continue, you will see at the bottom of your screen to pay the amount of the invoice. Once you tap on “Pay ($ amount) Now”. You will be directed to your organization’s bill pay site to enter your payment information.
iOS App
Step 1: Log into the account.
Step 2: Tap “More” at the bottom of the screen and then tap “Bills”.

Step 3: Next, you can choose what invoice/bill you would like to pay. You can also look at what bills have been paid and what bills are pending insurance.

Step 4: Once you choose the bill you would like to pay, tap “Pay ($ amount) Now”. This will direct you to your organization’s bill pay site to enter your payment information.
