Update Email Address – Mobile Device

FollowMyHealth mobile apps now have the option for patients to update email addresses. Follow the steps below to change your email address.  

Android Device

Step 1: Log into the account.

Step 2: Tap the Menu icon and select “My Account”. 

Step 3: Then tap “Demographics” 

Step 4: Scroll to Email and select “Edit” 

Step 5: Next, enter your updated/replacement email address: 

Step 6: A verification email is sent to the updated email address:

Step 7: Enter the verification code in the open text box:

Step 8: Once you update your email address, you will be asked if you want to send the change to your connected organization(s). You can choose to either send it or cancel.  

iOS App

Step 1: Log into the account.

Step 2: Tap on “More” at the bottom of the screen and choose “My Account”. 

Step 3: You will then see a section for “Demographics”. Click on “General”

Step 4: Once you click on the arrow, click on “Edit” at the top right of the screen 

Step 5: You can now select the side arrow next to the current email address listed.  

Step 6: Once selected scroll down to the text box and input the replacement/updated email address.

Step 7: Once new email is entered and done selected a verification email will be sent to the updated email address:
