On the next screen, if you see either "You are not currently connected to any healthcare organizations" or a medical organization listed with a "(Pending)" status, this means the account is not connected. To learn how to request a connection to your medical organization, see this article.
If you see the medical organization listed with a "(Connected)" status, this would indicate your account is connected, and your medical information, including your providers, should be available to you. Medical Information will be located in the "My Health" tab, while you can access your providers by scrolling below in the "My Connections" window (see image below).
The "My Connections" window will list of all providers that have an association with your health record that also choose to participate in FollowMyHealth®. If you believe a provider is missing from this list, please consider the following:
- Providers may choose to opt out of FollowMyHealth if they do not wish to use the portal. If they choose not to participate in FollowMyHealth, they will not appear in your UHR.
- The expected provider may not yet have an association with your health record at the medical organization. FollowMyHealth will acknowledge a provider connection after your first arrived appointment with them. Therefore, if you have not yet seen the provider, they will not yet be present in your UHR.
If you are missing a provider on your Universal Health Record and they are not participating in FollowMyHealth, we would encourage you to bring this up to your doctor and let him/her know that you would like to see them participate!
