How do I Delete Temporary Internet Files on Windows?

While your particular computer may be slightly different in display, the content of Windows remains similar. Find your preferred browser below, and follow the instructions for assistance.

Internet Explorer: Go to the Control Panel from your Start Menu, double-click on Internet Options to open it. In the box that appears, select “Delete…” and ensure that Temporary Internet Files is selected; press “Delete”. You may need to restart Internet Explorer for best results.

Google Chrome: Click the menu button (three horizontal dashes in top right corner), select "Tools", and click on "Clear browsing data" For best results, we recommend selecting "from the beginning of time" option from the time span drop-down. You may need to restart Chrome for best results.

Mozilla Firefox: Click the "Firefox" button at the top of the browser, then click "Options", select the "Advanced" tab, and click "Clear Now". The cache is cleared now, and you can click "OK" to close the window. You may need to restart Firefox for best results.
