Enabling Mobile Passcode/Touch ID

Last Updated: Jan 12, 2018 03:09PM CST
To make signing in faster to your account, FollowMyHealth™ has 2 feature available on both apps. Those features are called Mobile Passcode and Touch ID. The Mobile Passcode allows a user to create a four digit code and you can use that code to log in. The Touch ID feature allows a user to log in using their fingerprint. Keep in mind not every device will allow you to use this feature since not all devices have the fingerprint scanner. To enable both on your device, follow the steps below.

Here are a couple of things to keep in mind when setting up the Mobile Passcode/Touch ID.
  • Only one account is allowed to use this feature. If you use multiple accounts on the app, only one will be allowed to use the passcode or thumbprint.
  • You do have the option to change the passcode/thumbprint or completely remove it by going to "Device Settings" and choosing "Security".
  • If you need any assistance with signing in using the passcode, see this article: How do I log in on a mobile device?
