How do I Reschedule an Appointment?

With FollowMyHealth™, you can easily reschedule appointments if needed. This make life easier instead of having to call and get a hold of someone at your practice. To reschedule an appointment, follow the steps below.

1. Log into the account

2. View the "Appointments" section on the right hand side and click the appointment you would like to reschedule



2. At the top of the menu, click Reschedule Appointment



3. Use this menu to change reschedule your appointment, just like if you were scheduling an appointment. Be sure to enter a Reason for Appointment and Comments so you can submit your request.



4. Once you have completed this form, be sure to click Submit. Then, you will receive a message about being sure you want to reschedule. Click Yes to that message. 



5. Once this is completed, go back to the "Appointments" section and beside the appointment you are rescheduling, you will see Pending Reschedule. At this point, you will want to wait for your practice to either accept or decline your new date.
