How do I Change or Add my Pharmacy?

Changing or adding a pharmacy can be easily done in just a few clicks. To change or add your preferred pharmacy, follow the steps below. But first:

There are 2 ways to change your preferred pharmacy in your account. Let's take a look at both ways.

1. Go to "My Health" and select "Medications". Below "Medications", you will see Preferred Pharmacy. Look to the right and you will see an Edit button. Click on that. ‚Äč



2. Go to "My Info" and look about halfway down the page. You will see a section for Preferred Pharmacy. Click on the Edit button there. 



Steps to change or add your pharmacy:

1. Log into the account

2. Choose one of the 2 ways to change your pharmacy (Go to "My Health" and select "Medications". Below "Medications", you will see Preferred Pharmacy. Look to the right and you will see an Edit button. Click on that. Go to "My Info" and look about halfway down the page. You will see a section for Preferred Pharmacy. Click on the Edit button there. )

3. Click the Edit button

4. Search for your pharmacy by name or zip code. Once you find your pharmacy, click on it and then click Connect.



Once this is done, you may get a message about sending the changes to your organization. You can choose to send it if you wish. Be sure to log out and log back in so that way the change is reflected in your account. If you change it using the second option, be sure to click Save at the top besides Demographics.
