Can I Print Records from the Portal?

A very common question that is asked is can I print my records in the account. The answer to that question is yes. You  can print your results, conditions, documents, etc. To print a health records, follow the steps below.

A few things to note
  • You can only print one item at a time. For example, if you have a bloodwork order with 5 different tests, you can only print one test at a time
  • If you entered any documents yourself, you will be able to print them as outlined in the Printing Documents section
  • If you entered any records yourself such results, you will only be able to print them as outlined in the Printing Conditions, Medications, Allergies, Immunizations, and Vitals
  • Printing appointments just prints the day, time, and the provider.

Printing Results

1. Log into the account

2. Go to My Health and choose "Results"



3. Once you click on "Results", you will see a sheet of paper icon under the Options column. Click on that sheet of paper. This is the Show Details icon.



4.  The result here will be opened and you will see a Print button at the bottom. Click on Print.



Printing Documents

1. Log into the account

2. Go to My Health and choose "Documents"



3. Once the "Documents" section open, choose the document you wish to print. You will see a sheet of paper icon under the Options column. Click on that sheet of paper. This is the Show Details icon.



4. Once the document opens, click on Print at the top



Printing Conditions, Medications, Allergies, Immunizations, and Vitals

1. Log into the account

2. To print these items, go to My Health and click on "Chart"



3. Once the "Chart" opens, you can scroll up and down to look at items such as conditions, vitals, etc. We will choose Vitals for this example. Click on what you are looking to print.



4. Once you have chosen your item to print, look for the Send button to the right. Once you click on Send, select Print.



Printing Appointments

1. Log into the account

2. Under the "Action Center", you should see the calendar. If you don't have the calendar displayed, click the View Calendar icon circled in red.




3. You will have 3 options to print appointments. You can print enter a specific week, the entire month, or a specific day. If you want to choose a week, click week. If you want to choose a day, click day. If you want to choose the entire month, click month.

4. Once you have chosen what to print, click Print ,. You will then get a disclaimer and then select Print again.
