Sign-In Page Error (Cookies Disabled)

If you are receiving the screen shown below your browser has been set to not accept Cookies. You will have to allow them to be accepted before you will be able to access your FollowMyHealth account.

If you use Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser of choice: 

  • Select “Open Menu” at the top right of your screen (looks like three little bars stacked up). 
  • Next, select “Options” (looks like a gear).
  • Then “Privacy” from the menu on the left. 
  • In the “Privacy” settings select the “Firefox will:” menu and choose “Remember History” or “Accept Cookies From Sites” 

Finally restart the browser by closing the window and opening a new Firefox browser window. 

If you use Google Chrome as your internet browser of choice: 

  • Select “Customize and control Google Chrome” at the top right of your screen (looks like three little bars stacked up). 
  • Select “Settings” then scroll to the bottom and select “Advanced Settings” 
  • In the “Privacy” section click the “Content Settings” button. 
  • Click the “Done” button and restart the browser by closing the window and open a new Google Chrome browser window. 

 If you use Internet Explorer as your browser of choice: 

  • Select “Tools” at the top right of your screen (looks like a little gear).
  • Then select “Internet Options”.
  • On the “Internet Options” window select the “Privacy” tab.
  • Then move the slider to at most “Medium-High”.
  • Select the “Apply” button and then the “Ok” button and restart the browser by closing the window and open a new Internet Explorer window. 

If your use Safari as your browser of choice: 

  • Select “Safari” at the top left of the screen. 
  • Then select the “Privacy” tab. 
  • On the “Privacy” tab select the radio button to block cookies from third parties and advertisers. 

Then close the browser and re-open a new Safari window.
