11 Mar Messaging a Provider – Mobile App
To learn how to send a message to your provider from your mobile device, please select the type of device you are using below:
Android App
If you would like to send a message to your provider from your Android device, please review the following:
Step 1: Once you have signed into your account, please locate the “Menu” button on the side left side of the screen. (see image below).

Step 2: Next, select “Messages”.

Step 3: You will then need to select the “Compose” button in the bottom right corner.

Step 4: On the next screen, please be sure to select the provider and input both a subject and body of your message. You should be able to send the message successfully by tapping the “Send” icon in the top right corner (shown below).

Step 5: You should receive a pop-up confirmation message that your message was sent successfully. Messages sent successfully may be referenced in the “Sent” folder, found in the “Messages” section.


iOS App
If you would like to message your provider and you are using an Apple device, please review the following:
Step 1: Once you have signed into your account, locate the “Messages” button at the bottom of your screen as shown below:

Step 2: Next, you will need to select the “Compose” button in the upper right corner:

Step 3: After you have selected the “Compose” button, you will see a screen that resembles the following:
Step 4: On this screen, click the “+” to select the provider you wish to message. Next, you will need to include both the subject of your email and the body of your email before you can click “Send” in the upper right corner.

Step 5: You should receive a pop-up confirmation that your message was sent successfully. Messages sent successfully may be referenced in the “Sent” folder. Which may be found by selecting the icon in the top left corner of the Messages screen as shown below:
